Lead global strategy and execution for a tubular running services product line across development, commercialization, operations, finance, and people. Drive profitability, market leadership, product launches, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment while ensuring QHSSE compliance, supporting regional teams, and managing global P&L and resources. Requires international travel and stakeholder engagement.

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling; lead product launches and BOM/routing updates; apply Lean methodologies to improve throughput, quality, and cost; resolve production bottlenecks; prepare feasibility studies and cost justifications; ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards; collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and global teams; provide technical support and documentation.

Perform quarterly income tax provision calculations, Return To Accrual (RTA) and Tax Basis Balance processes (TBBS), account reconciliations, track tax return and statutory filing status worldwide, assist quarterly close and template design, research tax law changes, audit tax records, and help develop process improvements and best practices for tax compliance.

Provide electrical engineering support for wireline and drilling product lines: program AOI and Flying Probe equipment, troubleshoot PCBAs, design and improve manufacturing processes and equipment, lead production launches, maintain BOMs/routings, apply Lean principles, ensure quality and HSSE compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Manage incoming manufacturing orders by tracking status, reviewing contracts, communicating lead times with Planning and Procurement, liaising with production/shipping/warehouse, expediting orders, handling returns and cancellations, and maintaining customer communication to ensure satisfaction.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, inspections, and CPAR effectiveness. Define inspection and quality plans, collaborate with Engineering/Sourcing/Manufacturing, perform supplier evaluations, and drive supplier improvement and compliance to standards.

Lead and coordinate field MPD operations, ensuring equipment readiness, crew scheduling, safety, service quality, and budgetary control. Provide technical support, manage maintenance, oversee demand planning and KPIs, and liaise with customers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Lead design and development of rod lift downhole pump components and own the full product lifecycle from concept through production release. Create detailed 3D models and 2D production drawings with GD&T, select materials, perform tolerance, stress, and FEA analyses, and manage prototypes, testing, and sustaining support. Collaborate with manufacturing, field service, and sales, maintain PDM/PLM documentation, support failure analysis, and ensure API 11AX compliance while managing multiple projects to schedule and budget.
