Design, specify, and implement control systems for oil & gas projects including DCS/PLC/SCADA programming, hardware selection, vendor review, drawings checking, site/vendor inspections, commissioning support, operator training, and adherence to HSSE and engineering quality standards.

Lead and grow the Lake Charles engineering team to deliver multi-discipline projects and expand service lines (engineering, automation, fabrication, construction). Manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, develop scopes and proposals, recruit and develop staff, forecast financials, and resolve project issues onsite.

Entry-level process engineer supporting design work: gather vendor data, prepare specifications and basic sketches, perform basic calculations, review vendor drawings, communicate with clients/subcontractors/vendors, track schedule and budget, and follow quality and HSSE procedures.

Design, develop, and deploy application solutions from internal tools to client on‑premises and cloud systems. Implement, code, test, debug, and document software; build front‑end and back‑end components (HTML/CSS/JS, Node.js/Python/.NET); design database schemas and data ingestion; use SCADA platforms (ICONICS, Wonderware, Ignition, ClearSCADA) and cloud services (AWS/Azure) to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex pipeline and facilities projects. Provide technical authority, project management, client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, engineering design/review, vendor coordination, site/vendor visits, and ensure regulatory and HSSE compliance from concept through commissioning.

Provide customer support and project coordination for utility and telecom engineering projects, including permitting, documentation, stakeholder communication, schedule tracking, design support for aerial and underground fiber, construction drawings and permit packages, field surveys, pole layouts, DOT and utility coordination, document control, administrative support, and proposal assistance.
