Drive new business for Oracle Cloud EPM consulting and managed services by building executive relationships, leading sales pursuits from qualification to contract, collaborating with practice and delivery teams, developing proposals and pricing, and meeting revenue targets while representing the firm at client and industry events.

Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations from strategy through go-live and stabilization. Serve as trusted advisor to executives, design and configure payroll solutions, manage integrations, testing, cutover, and post-production support. Oversee project financials, resource planning, risk and scope control, and mentor consulting teams. Support business development and practice growth while maintaining hands-on configuration and compliance guidance.

The role involves leading payroll research initiatives, analyzing trends, and developing frameworks while collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance payroll processes.

Supports Oracle-focused business development through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, meeting generation, webinar promotion, and marketing campaign follow-up. The role engages prospects through email, LinkedIn, events, and cold calling; maintains CRM and prospect records; drafts executive-level communications; and coordinates closely with onshore sales teams, practice leaders, pre-sales teams, and alliance partners. The position requires strong B2B sales knowledge, communication, research, organization, and collaboration skills, with occasional graveyard-shift coverage and office-based work.
