Lead and execute an integrated GTM strategy focused on pipeline and closed revenue. Align marketing and sales, build a revenue-generation marketing org, implement AI-enabled processes, drive demand generation and analytics, establish KPIs and dashboards, and represent the company with clients and industry forums to grow revenue.

The Client Retention Associate manages existing client relationships, re-engages inactive clients, and communicates service value to business owners, all while maintaining CRM records.
