Leads Blackbaud’s vertical marketing strategy, demand generation engine, pipeline creation, market expansion, and bookings growth. Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and personalize onboarding experiences while collaborating across Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing.

Supports daily cash accounting, month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, audit activities, and internal controls. Partners with Finance, Treasury, and global accounting teams to ensure accurate cash transaction accounting. Improves accounting processes through automation, standardization, technology, and data-driven analysis. Requires an active CA, CMA, or CPA license and at least one year of accounting experience.

Build and maintain DevSecOps automation for cloud-based application platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, reusable scripts, libraries, and services. Partner with security and application teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities while improving operational efficiency, scalability, reliability, and cost. Provide production support during critical incidents and customer events.
