The Senior Software Architect will define and evolve the architecture of o9’s AI-heavy enterprise platform, ensuring scalable, secure solutions, leading MLOps best practices and implementing advanced data systems.

Serve as post-go-live functional consultant for the o9 platform: configure solutions, resolve customer issues, validate data and workflows, create/execute tests, train users, coordinate fixes and upgrades, and liaise with development to improve product and processes. Limited travel.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will ensure smooth operations of the AI-powered platform, troubleshoot issues, manage automated processes, and collaborate with teams to optimize customer outcomes post-implementation.

Configure and support the o9 platform for supply chain planning: resolve customer issues, validate data loads and end-to-end workflows, identify and remediate design issues, execute test cases, deliver post-go-live enhancements, train super and end users globally, and feed product/process improvements to development and operations teams.

The DevOps Engineer will deploy, maintain, and support the o9 Digital Brain Platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP, focusing on infrastructure, application upgrades, and CI/CD tooling.

Implement and design supply chain planning solutions (distribution, master planning, S&OP), translate business requirements into processes, apply optimization/statistical tools, work in agile enterprise deployments, and collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams.

Lead presales solution consulting for enterprise planning: run C-level discovery, design tailored demos and POCs, map solutions to client IT and business processes, quantify ROI, support RFPs, and transition wins to implementation teams.

Lead a global DevOps team to manage o9 platform deployments and technical operations across AWS/GCP/Azure. Own change, configuration, release, monitoring, automation, CI/CD, and database administration; hire and develop talent, approve code/config changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable, automated deployments and support.

Provide post-go-live solution architecture and support for the o9 platform: resolve customer issues, validate data loads and end-to-end workflows, configure enhancements, create and run test cases, coordinate fixes and upgrades, and deliver Super User/End User training while feeding product and process improvements back to development.

Lead architecture and delivery of a neurosymbolic AI platform blending LLMs with constraint-based planning. Set AI strategy and governance, evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art models and vector infrastructure, resolve complex AI engineering roadblocks, and produce frameworks to enable large-scale, enterprise-grade autonomous planning.
