Build and manage relationships with small and medium-sized business clients, conduct cold calls and warm follow-ups, maintain a sales pipeline, close deals, and consistently achieve revenue quotas. The role requires monitoring daily sales activity, understanding company products and market trends, managing account information in a sales automation system, and collaborating with management on sales and financial metrics. This is a remote position focused on selling Care.com Marketing Solutions.

Lead agency implementation, onboarding, documentation, troubleshooting, and launch support. Serve as the primary partner contact, resolve onboarding issues, manage compliance documentation including COIs and licenses, maintain accurate agency records, and follow up on outstanding items. The role requires strong communication, de-escalation, organization, project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple agency launches while improving partner and provider experiences.

Analyze member interactions, safety vetting cases, review decisions, and appeals for quality and policy compliance. Audit Trust and Safety workflows, identify process gaps, track departmental quality, report trends, present data-driven insights, and recommend improvements to processes and training. The role requires strong analytical, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Investigate safety incidents, member reports, account bans and appeals, fraud, and Trust & Safety escalations. Respond to hotline calls, assess risk, gather evidence, document cases, make policy-based decisions, and meet service-level and quality targets. Collaborate with Legal, Product, Customer Experience, Risk, and Operations on sensitive cases while identifying trends, operational gaps, and process improvements.

Handle inbound client contact and account management for HomePay, answering calls and emails about payroll, tax, and labor law. Deliver accurate consultations, process account changes and urgent notices, support other departments, meet daily metrics (minimum 40 calls/day), and maintain professionalism, documentation, and client feedback reporting.

Lead a payments engineering team to design, build, and scale a secure, high-volume payment platform. Oversee Stripe gateway integrations, migration from legacy systems, multi-method payment support, compliance (PCI-DSS), observability, incident management, and collaboration with Product, Finance, and Compliance. Mentor engineers and drive reliability and scalability.

Lead marketplace fulfillment strategy across both sides of Care.com's marketplace. Own matching, search, recommendations, AI-powered personalization, and supply expansion. Drive product vision, roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to improve liquidity, hires, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Analytics to measure and optimize marketplace outcomes.

Support FP&A for Care.com's Out Of Home product line by building and maintaining complex financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Monitor metrics and trends, prepare weekly reports for senior leadership, partner with business leaders to meet deadlines, analyze operational issues, recommend solutions, and lead ad hoc finance projects.
