Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship focused Partner Success & Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for agencies, managing communication, implementation, documentation, and operational support throughout the provider lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self starter who is comfortable communicating over the phone, managing difficult conversations with professionalism, staying organized across multiple priorities, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Lead implementation of newly contracted agencies, including onboarding calls, CSR creation, troubleshooting, and launch support
  • Collect and review Provider Profiles from agencies and provide timely support throughout the onboarding process
  • Serve as a primary contact for agency onboarding questions, providing clear communication and resolving issues efficiently
  • Manage COI and licensing updates to ensure provider compliance
  • Maintain accurate agency records, including contact information, addresses, W-9s, and other required documentation
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and identify opportunities to improve agency processes and the overall provider experience

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or high level Customer Service
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate Care's needs to partners around fulfillment, compliance, and CSAT
  • Strong de-escalation skills; remains calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable navigating new systems, APIs, or reporting tools
  • Excellence in project management; able to juggle multiple agency launches simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills, with the ability to build positive partner relationships

Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on work location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
