Finance Systems Analyst serving as the subject matter expert for Finance and Oracle Fusion ERP. Acts as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, leading ERP development, configuration, refinement, and solution design. Translates Finance requirements into Oracle Fusion enhancements and supports the broader Finance systems environment, with potential exposure to Procurement, HCM, and PPM modules.

Provides technical authority and engineering assurance for elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related vertical transportation assets. The role requires managing asset lifecycles, reliability, and OEM relationships across large-scale operational environments. Monitors project and contract costs, analyzes performance variances, prepares cost forecasts and reports, and supports financial decision-making across operational portfolios. The role applies budget control, financial analysis, earned value management, and commercial analytics within large-scale operational, infrastructure, or facilities environments.

Leads end-to-end mobilization and transition activities for new contracts, coordinating operational readiness, resource deployment, stakeholders, risk management, and contract startup to ensure successful service commencement. The role requires managing large-scale operations across facilities management, infrastructure, or major project environments.

Performs ad hoc management financial analysis, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ledger and account reviews, financial modeling, valuations, and management presentations. The role also supports process improvements and collaborates with Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and the CFO. Candidates need a finance or accounting degree, professional accounting designation, and at least six years of Oracle Fusion experience across Accounting and Project Portfolio Management.

Leads business development and growth for facility management and O&M services. Responsibilities include tendering and bidding, client acquisition, key account growth, contract negotiation, market analysis, revenue and P&L growth, and management of the BD/tendering team. The role reports to the CEO and requires extensive KSA facility management experience, strong client networks, and a proven record winning integrated FM and O&M contracts.

Leads sourcing and subcontracting for facilities management and operations projects. Responsibilities include subcontractor selection, prequalification, negotiation, contract administration, cost optimization, vendor performance management, and team leadership. Manages buyers and contract officers while reporting to the Supply Chain Director.
