Advise company leadership, negotiate agreements, manage outside counsel, and develop policies that reduce legal risk across dealership operations.

Manage ancillary product accounting for an automotive dealership, including vendor remittances, cancellations, refunds, lender disputes, chargebacks, schedule reconciliations, and related ledger entries. The role requires accurate documentation, communication with internal and external partners, support for month-end close and audits, and strong follow-through in a high-volume environment.
