Your Role and Attributes:
As our Sales and F&I Manager, you'll seamlessly integrate the following attributes:
- Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with our inventory and the subtleties of each vehicle, lender programs, and financial products.
- Sales Acumen & Customer-Centric Mindset: Merging interpersonal prowess with product knowledge to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting loyalty.

Skills Required
- Experience or strong knowledge of automotive sales, vehicle inventory, lender programs, and financial products
- Ability to lead sales teams, establish performance goals, and collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, ethical sales practices, and finance processes
- Ability to analyze sales trends, forecast performance, manage store finances, and evaluate financial risk
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- CDK DMS experience
- Fluency in Spanish
