Engages prospective automotive customers through phone, email, and live chat; answers questions, provides initial vehicle and financing information, schedules sales appointments, follows up with leads and no-shows, and maintains daily CRM records. The role includes paid training, customer service, dealership resource coordination, and collaboration with sales and management teams. Remote work may be available after 3–6 months of training at management’s discretion.

Sells new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, assessing needs, explaining vehicle features and options, conducting demonstrations, overcoming objections, and following up with buyers. The role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and reporting to a Sales Manager. No prior experience is required.
