Analyzes equipment failure modes, degradation mechanisms, asset condition, and integrity risks. Leads or supports root-cause analyses, develops corrective actions, applies predictive-maintenance and condition-monitoring practices, and produces technical reliability and integrity reports. Manage the full tender lifecycle for oil and gas opportunities, from identifying bids and conducting go/no-go assessments through proposal preparation and final submission. Coordinate technical, commercial, finance, HSE, client, vendor, and government stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Nigerian content regulations, client specifications, industry standards, and documentation requirements. Conduct market and competitor research, develop pricing strategies, maintain tender records, and report progress to management.

Leads procurement, sourcing, and supply chain initiatives for oil and gas operations. Sources and evaluates materials, goods, and services; negotiates with suppliers; manages vendors and contracts; controls costs and budgets; ensures timely delivery; and builds strategic supplier partnerships while maintaining inventory and materials management standards.
