Own enterprise client relationships across onboarding, implementation, retention, revenue growth, and service expansion for cold-chain warehousing and freight services. Lead QBRs, KPI reporting, contract and invoicing governance, consultative expansion, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with operations, IT, engineering, and executives while mentoring Strategic Account Representatives. Support regulated life sciences and commercial clients through supply chain solutions, operational issue resolution, and executive-level relationship management.

Leads inbound and outbound life sciences warehouse and distribution operations, managing supervisors, staffing, budgets, KPIs, customer relationships, quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Ensures adherence to cGMP, GDP, DSCSA, FDA, OSHA, TSA, and documentation requirements. Supports audits, investigations, CAPAs, LEAN initiatives, business development, and temperature-controlled logistics growth while maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Independently manages strategic GMP-regulated life sciences accounts and serves as the primary customer liaison for logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations. Responsibilities include maintaining account health, ensuring SLA and GMP compliance, coordinating deviations and CAPAs, supporting audits, monitoring quality metrics, maintaining audit-ready documentation, resolving service and quality events, and advising customers on regulated logistics practices. The role also supports account onboarding, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include executive communication, KPI reporting, customer retention, operational issue resolution, business reviews, forecasting, renewals, and account growth. The role collaborates with operations, quality, transportation, IT, and finance teams while supporting regulated warehousing, cold-chain logistics, chain-of-custody, and quality documentation requirements.

Supervises life science warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, labor scheduling, fulfillment, quality checks, hazardous materials, temperature-controlled materials, and GMP compliance. Leads and cross-trains warehouse associates, monitors productivity, resolves customer and shipment issues, coordinates investigations, operates logistics systems, and supports process improvement. The role requires substantial warehouse-floor work, forklift operation, physical lifting, and adherence to FDA, DOT, DHS, and internal safety procedures.

Owns complex, high-value GMP-regulated Life Sciences accounts and serves as the primary escalation and governance contact. Leads customer relationships, QBRs, compliance and quality discussions, issue resolution, risk mitigation, service improvements, and growth support. Partners with operations, quality, transportation, IT, and leadership to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, product integrity, chain of custody, temperature control, audit readiness, and patient-safety expectations.
