Welcomes and assists employees, visitors, tenants, and VIP/VVIP guests; manages visitor registration and access coordination; provides front-desk support, directions, and issue resolution; supports special events; maintains reception logs; escalates security concerns; and follows confidentiality, security, and escalation procedures.

Requires bilingual Arabic-English communication, strong regional media expertise, and 7–10 years of PR or corporate communications experience.

Supports live news production from the control room by coordinating directors, producers, presenters, and technical teams. Prepares and updates rundowns and scripts, confirms video, graphics, and studio readiness, monitors bulletin timing, assists with transitions, and communicates last-minute editorial changes during broadcasts.

Identify and edit short- and medium-form content from show programming for social media. Coordinate with global partners to secure usage rights, collaborate with business and core content teams, and align content with product releases. Own story and segment selection, preserve core ideas, manage production elements, and lead end-to-end content creation and publishing while partnering with producers, content marketing, and copywriting teams.
