Chief of Staff to the CHPO, responsible for building the HP function’s operating system, translating strategy into priorities, improving leadership cadences, supporting executive decision-making, and driving cross-functional execution. Own the D2C e-commerce product growth system from acquisition through repeat purchase. Responsibilities include funnel and conversion optimization, CRO experimentation, platform performance, pricing and discount strategy, demand forecasting inputs, analytics, unit economics, and product roadmap ownership. The role requires collaboration with engineering, design, data, retention, vendors, and leadership, plus hands-on querying, dashboarding, A/B testing, and e-commerce platform knowledge.

Leads the accounts payable team and oversees invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment cycles, SOP governance, month-end close, expense MIS, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role manages 4–5 AP Business Partners, ensures accurate and timely payments, maintains audit-ready documentation, resolves vendor issues, and partners with finance, procurement, warehouse, and business teams in a high-volume FMCG/D2C environment.

Supports brand activation by identifying venue and product-placement opportunities, coordinating partnerships, planning and executing events, managing logistics, representing the brand, engaging customers, driving sales, monitoring inventory and cash, tracking budgets, and preparing post-activation reports.

Review food labels, packaging, product claims, websites, e-commerce content, and marketing materials for regulatory compliance. Maintain compliance documentation, licenses, certifications, matrices, and trackers; support regulatory submissions and routine compliance activities; coordinate cross-functional approvals; and use AI and digital tools to improve regulatory workflows.

Leads corporate affairs across Maharashtra, managing government and regulatory relationships, licensing, inspections, compliance, community engagement, industry forums, CSR, reputation, and crisis support. The role advises leadership on policy and food-safety developments, resolves operational bottlenecks, and represents the company with authorities and community stakeholders in Mumbai, Bhiwandi, and surrounding areas.

Support enterprise data operations through business data preparation, validation, cleansing, standardization, Excel-based analysis, reporting, and coordination with business teams. The intern will also gain exposure to data engineering activities, Snowflake data warehouses, AWS data pipelines, enterprise data management, and data governance while supporting the organization’s SAP implementation.

Owns full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer rollout. Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, builds candidate pipelines, screens for skills and fit, manages candidate communication, and tracks hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance. The role requires managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while representing the company positively to candidates.
