Conduct customer research, generate leads, identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong English communication, negotiation, customer focus, reliability, and teamwork. This is an office-based position in Skopje, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with paid training and opportunities for international career development.

Monitors shipments from origin to destination, identifies and resolves delays, communicates shipment updates to customers, maintains accurate tracking records, analyzes logistics data, creates load-tracking spreadsheets, and reviews shipment paperwork. The role supports efficient pickup and delivery operations while coordinating warehouse and transportation activities.
