Build and improve information security and GRC processes, policies, controls, and procedures. Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, audits, risk assessments, remediation tracking, customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and compliance initiatives. Collaborate with leadership, DevOps, Cloud, IT, Security teams, and auditors to strengthen security controls and establish scalable processes.

Own and optimize multiple client cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Design and operate Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and GitOps workflows, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization practices. Lead production troubleshooting, incident response, architecture decisions, and reliability improvements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to 3–5 engineers while managing client relationships, technical escalations, and stakeholder communication.

Own and operate client cloud and DevOps environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Responsibilities include Kubernetes administration, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, incident response, Linux systems administration, security, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the primary client-facing technical contact and coordinates, mentors, and reviews the work of one to two engineers.

Own technical presales and solution architecture for cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure services. Lead customer discovery, design AWS-focused architectures, develop proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, estimates, migration strategies, and cloud economics assessments. Support AWS partner programs, cloud co-sell opportunities, and presales-to-delivery handoffs while mentoring engineers and improving deal quality, margins, and win rates.

Supports outbound B2B technology sales by researching prospects, conducting cold outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM data, and contributing to pipeline goals. The intern engages technology decision-makers and learns sales messaging, prospecting, follow-up, and conversion techniques across Cloud, DevOps, and SaaS markets.
