Requires at least four years of M&A or Private Equity experience, legal admission, strong communication skills, and interest or experience in workflow design, technology building, or process improvement.

Supports litigation teams with case management, court filings, calendaring, discovery, document review and production, deposition and trial preparation, cite-checking, exhibits, and legal document proofreading. The role also develops AI-enabled legal workflows, prompt-engineering solutions, synthetic datasets, training materials, and best-practice documentation in collaboration with attorneys, knowledge managers, and technologists.

Supports business development and marketing initiatives for appellate and First Amendment practices. Creates pitches, presentations, litigation lists, matter descriptions, and other collateral. Coordinates visibility efforts, conferences, sponsorships, client events, relationship activities, targeting research, and client data maintenance. Collaborates with business development, market intelligence, CRM, and directories teams while supporting partner objectives and broader department projects.

Manage finance operations for Gibson Dunn’s Riyadh law firm and KSA RHQ, including Saudi VAT, withholding tax, Zakat, IFRS accounts, audits, general ledger, payroll, billing, accounts payable, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting. Supervise finance team activities, liaise with regional and Los Angeles finance teams, support partners, ensure ZATCA compliance, and manage local finance projects and deadlines.

Supports litigation teams by evaluating, configuring, and implementing AI and legal technology workflows. Develops prompts, AI-assisted research and drafting processes, litigation analytics solutions, governance frameworks, training materials, and best practices. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, Information Security, and Knowledge Management to improve document analysis, legal research, case preparation, and technology adoption.

Provides second-level technical support and operational assistance for a law firm's information systems. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, audiovisual systems, software, and network equipment; resolving incidents; documenting solutions in ServiceNow; managing equipment inventory; supporting users and critical stakeholders; and participating in IS projects. The role requires occasional after-hours support, overtime, equipment handling, and strong customer service and organizational skills.
