The Income Audit Manager leads income audit operations across two luxury hotel properties. Responsibilities include supervising auditors, balancing revenue across rooms, food and beverage, spa, retail, and other outlets, reconciling general ledger and tax accounts, verifying third-party revenue and commissions, preparing daily revenue reports, maintaining controls and SOPs, and resolving discrepancies with operational and corporate finance teams.

Leads public relations, messaging strategy, media relations, crisis communications, government relations, social media initiatives, and agency management for a luxury resort. Develops strategic PR plans, oversees campaigns and events, manages media relationships and coverage, advises executives, coordinates crisis resources, and presents performance results to senior leadership. Builds brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through earned media, content, partnerships, and industry relationships.

Supervises the Accounts Receivable department for a luxury hotel, overseeing guest billing, collections, cash receipt application, account aging, credit policies, chargebacks, records, and monthly journal entries. Coordinates billing with other departments and GL accountants, supports accounting projects, ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, and supervises staff. Requires accounting and auditing knowledge, supervisory ability, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, math, and Microsoft Office skills.
