The Technical Product Manager, Rigging serves as the technical expert for rigging solutions in live entertainment projects. Responsibilities include interpreting CAD drawings, developing scopes of work and system designs, specifying equipment, addressing client technology needs, managing quality control, documenting safety and logistics requirements, supporting budgets, and coordinating with project, sales, and operations teams. The role also maintains product expertise, contributes to client presentations, recommends staffing, and supports continuous improvement.

Manages theatrical and live-event scenic production projects from scope definition through execution. Responsibilities include client communication, budgets up to $4 million, schedules, labor planning, scenic fabrication oversight, technical coordination, change orders, billing support, safety, and on-site show management. The role collaborates with sales and operations, supports client presentations, identifies revenue opportunities, and may require extensive domestic and international travel.

Supports production managers with planning, budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, documentation, invoicing, labor tracking, project reconciliation, and event closeout. Coordinates services, equipment, vendors, and project requirements for live entertainment and event productions. Maintains schedules, scope, budgets, contracts, compliance documents, and customer service standards across multiple projects.

Integrates, programs, installs, tests, and troubleshoots PRG’s theatrical automation control systems. Responsibilities include configuring control equipment, wiring cabinets and scenic sets, cueing scenic movements, training personnel, supervising onsite crews, establishing safe operating procedures, supporting live productions, and assisting with research and development. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, weekend and overtime availability, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and control-system issues.

Designs, bids, orders, assembles, programs, and tests set-electric and lighting-control systems. Creates electrical schematics and control risers for theater and permanent installations, supports existing designs, performs quality control, supervises shop personnel, coordinates schedules, and commissions systems in the field. Requires collaboration with designers, electricians, project managers, and operations teams, along with occasional show-site travel.

Leads PRG’s enterprise corporate strategy, including strategic planning, growth analysis, cross-functional initiatives, KPI frameworks, market intelligence, and executive business insights. Partners with senior leaders across finance, operations, production, and commercial functions to identify risks, opportunities, revenue streams, and expansion priorities. Establishes repeatable strategic planning and performance measurement processes while translating complex financial and market information into actionable enterprise decisions.

Sells and grows corporate event and brand experience business, managing client relationships, proposals, pricing, contracts, presentations, and negotiations. Coordinates with project management, technical, marketing, and pricing teams to scope event production services, estimate costs and margins, and support project execution. Maintains sales data, assists with financial reconciliation and collections, and travels frequently, including internationally when needed.

Leads sports partnership business development, pursuing national and international sales opportunities across teams, leagues, events, agencies, sponsors, and esports. Builds senior client relationships, manages the sales pipeline, leads RFPs and presentations, develops scopes and budgets, and coordinates technical, estimation, and project teams. Expands scenic and production-service revenue while representing PRG at industry events. Extensive travel is required.

Designs entertainment scenery, machinery, and effects from concept through installation. Develops layouts, mechanical and structural components, engineering calculations, bills of materials, fabrication drawings, and installation strategies. Ensures designs satisfy artistic, functional, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with clients, project managers, production teams, engineers, and fabricators. Supports troubleshooting, site coordination, procurement, and standardized reusable solutions.

Manages client accounts receivable, including credit assessment, account terms, billing schedules, invoicing, payment collection, account documentation, and resolution of outstanding payment issues. Communicates with clients, sales agents, and internal teams; maintains billing calendars and spreadsheets; supports audits and sales accounting needs. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
