Manage automotive sales operations, including customer relationships, vehicle inventory, dealer trades, sales staff training, deal closing, deal desk activities, gross log tracking, and RDR vehicle management. Handles incoming internet and phone leads, responds to customer inquiries, provides product information, schedules vehicle demonstrations, and routes messages to sales staff and departments.
