Provides onsite IT support for transit operations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, servers, desktops, and vehicle technology. Logs, triages, resolves, and escalates incidents and service requests while supporting users by phone, email, chat, and in person. Acts as a technology liaison, maintains knowledge documentation, provides administrator-level system support, travels to local sites, and participates in after-hours or on-call coverage.
