Leads tendering, quotation, contract governance, and handover activities for engineered solutions. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and manufacturing stakeholders; reviews risks; manages pricing, commercial terms, documentation, milestones, inspections, and customer clarifications. Tracks tenders and contracts, supports forecasting and S&OP, manages factory lead times and buyout items, and drives process improvement and order conversion.

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex power, switchgear, RTU, and automation projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, technical configurations, customer relationships, FAT, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Ensures on-time delivery, quality, profitability, documentation, invoicing, customer satisfaction, and successful automation integration. Provides technical and commercial oversight, supports change orders and negotiations, and coordinates engineering, procurement, production, logistics, sales, and finance activities.

Executes technical procurement for manufacturing and service operations by placing orders, coordinating approved suppliers, expediting deliveries, supporting inventory availability, resolving material and quality issues, and maintaining compliant documentation. The role works with Engineering, Assembly, Planning, Warehousing, Quality, HSE, and Finance while monitoring supplier performance, costs, lead times, and production risks. It requires interpreting technical specifications, drawings, and bills of material and using ERP and Microsoft systems.

Develops and executes sales strategies for electrical switchgear markets in Australia and Asia Pacific. Identifies new business opportunities, manages customer accounts, builds relationships with utilities, contractors, consultants, and EPCs, prepares quotations, negotiates contracts, supports product launches, and drives profitable sales growth. The role also monitors market data, coordinates demonstrations and trials, maintains CRM records, handles customer queries, and collaborates with internal teams to support business development.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including cash receipt allocation, credit reviews, credit limits, customer account maintenance, invoicing, reconciliations, payment query resolution, and overdue debt collection. The role supports accurate financial records, cash flow protection, credit risk management, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Services, Operations, and Finance teams. It also contributes to financial reporting, compliance, data analysis, and quality assurance.
