Manage FPSO construction, installation, and commissioning activities on site. Oversees conceptual through detailed design, approves technical documentation, resolves engineering issues, coordinates clients, vendors, subcontractors, and design institutes, supports bidding, evaluates construction feasibility and technical risks, and adapts designs to site conditions while ensuring compliance with international industry standards.

Designs electrical systems for offshore platforms, marine modules, oil and gas processing equipment, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include schematics, layouts, power distribution, controls, lighting, equipment selection, cable routing, load calculations, technical specifications, design reviews, client communication, construction support, and interdisciplinary coordination. The role also addresses hazardous-area, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and marine design requirements while mentoring engineers and improving internal standards.

Develop and manage EPC project schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and construction. Define work breakdown structures, activity logic, durations, resources, budgets, and milestones. Track progress, analyze deviations, identify delays, and coordinate recovery plans. Prepare progress reports, resolve schedule conflicts, support cross-functional synchronization, and follow up on optimization measures through project delivery and schedule settlement.

Leads the global FPSO product division, including product roadmap, market analysis, business development, executive client relationships, mega-project bids, contract negotiations, and commercial governance. Owns divisional P&L, sales and profitability targets, team leadership, and strategic partnerships. Develops low-carbon FPSO offerings incorporating carbon capture, electrification, green fuels, and offshore wind integration. Requires extensive FPSO lifecycle experience, executive negotiation expertise, and a global offshore energy network.

Designs and optimizes oil, gas, and water treatment processes for offshore, FLNG, and industrial projects. Develops P&IDs, selects critical equipment, leads customer engagement during project pre-phases, prepares technical specifications and documentation, and guides teams through complex engineering challenges. Requires extensive process design, simulation, calculation, and commissioning experience, knowledge of international industry standards and petroleum regulations, and fluent English communication skills.

Manage FPSO new-build, conversion, and upgrade projects from engineering through commissioning. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate shipyards, design institutes, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality and HSE standards. Control scope, costs, progress, risks, and changes; prepare reports, conduct client meetings, and serve as the primary project communication contact.

Develops quality strategies, test plans, and quality management processes across product design, manufacturing, and delivery. Leads quality control, testing, audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma. Collaborates with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and communicate quality risks and release readiness.
