Greets visitors, manages reception and phone inquiries, handles mail and deliveries, supports meetings, maintains a safe reception area, and performs clerical office tasks. The role also serves as the village’s emergency first aider, fire marshal, and first responder for the warden system. It requires scheduled on-site coverage seven days a week, including bank holidays.

Manage resident admissions and discharges, end-to-end billing, invoicing, credit control, debt recovery, banking, reconciliations, customer statements, and financial reporting across care homes. Collaborate with customer relations and care home management teams to maintain billing accuracy and reduce outstanding debt. The role is fully on-site in Uxbridge, Monday through Friday.

Manage customer enquiries, sales progression, occupancy and revenue targets for care homes across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. Build relationships with prospective residents, families, community stakeholders and referral partners; conduct tours, support marketing activity, develop local partnerships, and deliver an empathetic customer experience. The role requires consultative sales, networking, CRM proficiency, strong communication, target achievement and a full UK driving licence.
