Supports test-method improvements, technical reporting, equipment verification, and facility upkeep.

Manage the Feature Release Step process for vehicle software functions, coordinating engineering, validation, design, and quality teams. Track issues, milestones, defects, testing, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, documentation, and release readiness. Improve release tools, workflows, and processes while ensuring reliable deployment of automotive software features.

Leads global automotive aftersales service operations, including mobile service, mobile body and paint, valet services, EV charging partnerships, defect rectification, and recall campaigns. Manages complex customer complaints, approves goodwill proposals, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives customer experience improvements and service innovation across North America, Europe, and other markets. Requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and strong English communication skills.
