- Plan and track the development roadmap of ADAS functions, ensuring compliance with performance targets, technical standards, regulatory requirements, and overall vehicle program milestones.
- Coordinate and supervise cross-functional stakeholders including ADAS system engineers, component engineers, suppliers, contractors, testing, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate schedule, technical, and cost risks through cross-functional alignment and consensus with module leads, production, testing, and quality teams.
- Define and enforce roles and responsibilities (RASIC), and manage change control processes including Jira issues, CCB, DCR, and ECR to maintain scope and quality governance.
- Oversee and validate ADAS system integration, vehicle installation, BOM accuracy, supplier performance, and testing activities, ensuring software and hardware readiness prior to FRS handover.
- Develop and control project budgets including ED&D, BOM assumptions, operational costs, and supplier payment milestones, while driving cost optimization and inventory reuse strategies.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience in automotive product development, with strong exposure to ADAS systems, vehicle integration, or electronic control systems.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of ADAS architecture, vehicle EE systems (braking, steering, ECU, vehicle control), system integration, validation, and automotive standards/regulations.
- Show proven project management capability, including planning, risk management, change control (ECR/DCR/CCB), BOM management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions and drive alignment across internal teams and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) and work confidently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and matrix organization environment.
- Demonstrate financial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control, supplier payment milestones, and cost optimization initiatives.
