Reviews and verifies loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documents to develop borrower profiles and credit recommendations. Collaborates with loan officers and digital finance teams, validates customer information through calls or field visits, ensures compliance with credit risk policies, identifies suspicious transactions, and analyzes credit history and business performance reports.

Oversees lending targets, disbursements, portfolio quality, collections, policy compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while coaching the SME team and implementing corrective actions to maintain sustainable growth and acceptable risk levels.

Leads strategic partnerships and business development to drive portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and SME penetration. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating alliances with banks, fintechs, corporates, distributors, and digital platforms; developing vendor, supply chain, and embedded finance programs; structuring commercial agreements; managing executive stakeholders; monitoring partnership KPIs; and coordinating cross-functional implementation and optimization.
