Provides first-level technical support, root cause analysis, incident and problem management for banking applications. The role documents requirements and specifications, supports testing and implementations, monitors application performance and availability, coordinates with vendors and IT teams, and identifies automation and process improvement opportunities. Requires strong application support, SQL, API, testing, change management, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting capabilities, with experience supporting financial or core banking systems such as Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Oversee salary payment and transfer processing, review and approve transactions, reconcile general ledger accounts, authorize SWIFT transactions, and maintain accurate banking records. Supervise processing staff, coordinate with internal sections and external payers, resolve discrepancies and rejected payments, and ensure timely, efficient workflow and compliance with banking controls.

Supports the bank’s regulatory compliance framework by advising business units, interpreting laws and supervisory requirements, developing policies, coordinating regulatory reporting, conducting risk assessments and compliance testing, identifying breaches, recommending corrective actions, monitoring remediation, and delivering compliance training. The role also prepares compliance reports and regulatory submissions while engaging with regulators, auditors, management, and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain customer relationships by selling and cross-selling banking and credit solutions. Identify customer needs, generate leads, provide accurate product information, process requests efficiently, resolve complaints, and deliver professional face-to-face service while following organizational policies, procedures, confidentiality, risk, and compliance requirements.
