Resolves customer and distributor queries while ensuring accurate, timely administrative support.

Provides first-level IT support across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, peripheral, account, email, and connectivity issues. Installs and maintains operating systems and business applications, supports backups and cybersecurity protocols, manages IT assets and documentation, coordinates with vendors, assists with video conferencing, and escalates unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
