Coordinates sales order processing, fulfillment, billing, and communication across sales, supply chain, and finance teams. Maintains sales data, dashboards, customer and distributor records, and territory mappings. Generates performance reports, monitors distributor stock and secondary sales, supports incentives, budgeting, expense tracking, meetings, training, campaigns, and travel claims. Resolves customer and distributor queries while ensuring accurate, timely administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the field sales team for order collection, processing, and dispatch follow-ups.
Manage and update sales data, trackers, and dashboards regularly.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports (sales vs target, product-wise, region-wise).
Act as the liaison between sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and billing.
Monitor secondary sales and distributor stock levels, and support schemes or incentive calculations.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, training programs, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customers, distributors, and territory-wise mapping.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and travel claim processing for the sales team.
Handle customer and distributor queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements:Education: Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration); MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry.
Skills:
Strong Excel and data management skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Skills Required
