Drive new business growth for ClickPost by managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through closing. Build the company’s presence among e-commerce and retail brands, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop consultative sales strategies, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires selling SaaS technology solutions, collaborating with product teams, analyzing competitive landscapes, and traveling as needed.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships across India’s D2C ecosystem. Educate partners, identify market opportunities, generate qualified sales pipeline, support joint marketing initiatives, and nurture corporate relationships. The role focuses on market development, partnership strategy, business growth, and referral generation for ClickPost’s B2C offerings.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, educate prospects on ClickPost’s SaaS solutions, and schedule meetings for account executives and demo engineers. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, optimize outreach campaigns, manage a lead pipeline, support account expansion, and contribute prospect feedback, market insights, and mentoring to team success.

Build and own a new backend product from architecture through production. Develop scalable Java/Kotlin services and APIs, work with databases, messaging systems, microservices, and distributed systems, and ensure performance, reliability, monitoring, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, make architectural decisions, solve scaling challenges, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities in a 0-to-1 environment.
