Owns Core HR process automation and HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include mapping and redesigning HR workflows, configuring HRIS approvals and self-service processes, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data migration and deployment, monitoring workflow performance, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HR, technology teams, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

The consultant will troubleshoot issues, support SIT/UAT and production operations, create technical documentation, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Translate client requirements into project management, financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams integrating Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules while monitoring project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

Provide techno-functional consulting and support for Oracle Fusion Financials, specializing in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and P2P processes. Configure and implement financial modules, support GL interfaces, reporting, reconciliations, and business requirements. Partner with onsite functional and technical teams to deliver solutions, with at least two full lifecycle implementations and strong client-facing communication skills.
