The role requires selling observability and infrastructure software to CTOs, infrastructure leaders, and CFOs in complex 3–9 month sales cycles.

Design, build, and operate distributed backend systems in Rust; develop scalable ingestion pipelines, optimize columnar storage on object storage at petabyte scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role also involves building automation for provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and maintaining managed customer clusters.

Build high-performance frontend interfaces for complex observability products, including data visualizations, dashboards, flow builders, design systems, and investigation tools.
