About the role & the team
You will join the web team composed of 6 engineers, mainly based in Paris with a couple of remote workers.
As a frontend engineer at Tsuga, you will face very interesting technical challenges inherent to observability and earl-stage such has:
- Building simple, ultra-fast interfaces for complex problems
- Querying and visualize petabytes of data
- Pushing React/TypeScript and frontend performance to their limits
- Designing performance-oriented solutions designed to handle and display large volumes of data beyond the native capabilities of web browsers
- Optimizing front-end performance to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience
- Working on huge product surface area: design systems, complex visualizations, flow builders, investigation assistants, etc.
- Being pragmatic and able to deploy working code into production, even if it’s not perfect, to maintain our development velocity (code pushed into prod every 6h, 1 week sprint)
Our technical stack:
- Typescript, React
- Recharts, Tanstack query & tables
- ChakraUI for the design system
- CI / CD in Github actions, Playwright and Vitest
- Any AI you like to use to help make your job easier
- At least 5 years of frontend experience in highly technical environment
- Previous experience in building data-driven applications, including visualizations and dashboards
- Knowledge of observability is a huge plus but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

Skills Required
