Recruitment Consultants develop client relationships, source and qualify candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate deals, place candidates, and manage their own recruitment book of business. The role includes business development, staffing strategy, revenue tracking, and performance-driven progression. Training is provided, and prior recruiting or sales experience is not required.
