Supports JIAMDO financial management through commitment, obligation, and expenditure tracking; unliquidated obligation reviews; invoice and contractor burn-rate analysis; funding reconciliation; and fiscal year-end closeout. The role coordinates with comptroller offices, DFAS, project managers, and other federal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include processing MIPRs, purchase requests, interagency agreements, and financial transactions using DAI, WAWF/PIEE, and advanced Excel.

Provides software systems engineering, acquisition, integration, documentation review, and formal qualification testing support for the NAVAIR MQ-25A Stingray program. Reviews contractor deliverables, software requirements, architecture, development plans, test plans, defects, and process changes. Supports technical oversight, risk and safety boards, problem report reviews, vendor evaluations, and government witnessing of testing while ensuring compliance with system requirements and airworthiness standards.

Provides senior naval architecture and marine engineering expertise for USCG vessel modernization, repair, and acquisition programs. Reviews shipbuilder designs, supports structural, welding, fabrication, HM&E, and auxiliary systems development, and prepares technical specifications and data packages. Collaborates with shipbuilders and technical authorities to resolve integration issues, reduce risk, and conduct design reviews. Supports dock trials, sea trials, stability tests, and speed-power evaluations.

Reviews and tracks availability and alteration changes in SMART and RMMCO; maintains encrypted tracking spreadsheets; creates CDMD-OA user-defined fields; tracks ILS certification progress and TDPs; communicates updates and errors to configuration management personnel; creates desk guides and PowerPoint graphics; records and distributes accurate meeting notes.

Leads engineering teams, performs hands-on systems and infrastructure troubleshooting, coordinates with government engineers, supports continuous integration and deployment, oversees acquisition-support operations, and manages employee development and performance appraisals. Requires cybersecurity experience, VMware knowledge, leadership, senior-customer communication, and understanding of test and development plans.

Leads a complex technical program across cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, quality, contracts, and customer satisfaction. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, governance, reporting, resource planning, and program execution.
