Provides welcoming front-desk membership services, including customer assistance, membership and program sales, registrations, payments, refunds, account updates, facility tours, member retention outreach, and issue resolution. Maintains accurate confidential records, balances transactions, promotes YMCA programs, and collaborates with departments to support positive member experiences while following safety, privacy, and child-protection policies.

Manages end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, benefits, pension administration, statutory remittances, reconciliations, employee onboarding and offboarding, and year-end audit readiness for approximately 700 employees. Maintains payroll and benefits records, resolves discrepancies, supports employees and providers, and ensures data integrity through Dayforce and Excel. The role also documents procedures, strengthens internal controls, provides staff guidance and training, and supports process improvements and automation.

Provides first-line, hands-on IT support across YMCA locations. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining computers and mobile devices, resolving hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues, administering Microsoft 365, managing endpoint enrollment and MDM, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining technology inventories, handling equipment logistics, supporting site transitions, and conducting frequent site visits throughout Northeastern Ontario.

Provides front-desk membership services, including data entry, payment processing, course registration, membership sales, facility tours, and customer support. The role maintains accurate authorization forms, protects confidential information, supports member retention, resolves concerns, promotes YMCA programs, and keeps the membership desk welcoming. Requires strong communication, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with customer service experience, First Aid and CPR C, and a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Assist with operating YMCA fundraising bingo events at Blue Sky Bingo. Volunteers work in pairs, perform self-contained on-site duties, support bingo hall operations, and handle basic math tasks such as making change. The role generally requires one shift per month on alternating Fridays. Applicants must be at least 18, reliable, friendly, and provide a satisfactory Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
