Supports the Global HR team with daily HR operations, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations, reporting, employee data maintenance, organizational changes, and new joiner and leaver processes. The role also helps attract and induct interns, supports HR strategic initiatives, maintains confidentiality, and assists HR business partners across global teams.

Supports end-to-end agency new business pitches, RFIs, RFPs, presentations, and credentials. Coordinates pitch logistics, calendars, resources, briefing, editing, reporting, case study development, agency bios, and client background materials. Collaborates with design, production, and agency teams while maintaining response libraries and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. Requires excellent communication, writing, editing, organization, project management, adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote.

Manage mobile and multi-device programmatic media trading for client portfolios. Operate, monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns, including pacing, budget delivery, profitability, performance, and domain analysis. Use BI tools and Excel for data analysis, conduct testing, support product implementation, and audit trading operations. Collaborate with clients, agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders while developing expertise in the broader programmatic ecosystem.
