Maintains general ledger records, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statements across homebuilding, land banking, and rental portfolios. Analyzes accounts, supports budgeting and forecasting, ensures U.S. GAAP and regulatory compliance, assists with tax filings and audits, and collaborates with property managers and internal stakeholders on financial reporting.

Manages day-to-day accounting, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, journal entries, bank activity, treasury transactions, accounts payable and receivable, security deposits, and management fee calculations. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies while supporting accounting projects and ad hoc tasks.

Supports litigation, real estate transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Responsibilities include coordinating with outside counsel, tracking deadlines, preparing legal documents, organizing evidence and project records, supporting closings, researching property and zoning matters, maintaining corporate and transaction files, and drafting routine agreements and correspondence. The role requires strong organization, legal procedure knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Sells new homes in assigned communities by sourcing and nurturing prospects, communicating home value, guiding customers through design and financing, overcoming objections, closing sales, maintaining transaction documentation, networking with realtors, and meeting community sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
