Leads hospital-wide process improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles and tools. Requires travel to community and ambulatory locations, with evening and weekend work as needed.

Coordinates grant administration, compliance, reporting, deadlines, funder communications, outcome tracking, and data collection for residency and addiction medicine programs. Supports resident scheduling, educational activities, community-based training, grant writing, communications, special projects, and initiatives serving vulnerable populations.

Performs professional grant and general accounting, including financial transactions, journal postings, reconciliations, account analysis, financial reporting, and invoice preparation. Ensures compliance with GAAP, GASB, FASB, and federal grant regulations under 2 CFR 200. Guides management on financial decisions, analyzes expenditures, resolves discrepancies, and provides direction to staff accountants when needed.

Manage grant-funded healthcare projects from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables, compliance, budgets, reporting, and performance goals are met. Coordinate stakeholders, community partners, trainings, data collection, grant applications, and special initiatives. Supervise assigned staff and project teams while supporting addiction medicine, housing, overdose prevention, hepatitis C, HIV prevention, and related health programs.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, backlog, implementation, optimization, integration, and lifecycle management of ERP, workforce management, and business applications. Partners with business, IT, executives, vendors, and implementation teams to translate needs into requirements, prioritize work, manage releases, oversee testing and adoption, monitor performance, and deliver measurable organizational value. Supports budgeting, risk management, governance, upgrades, go-lives, and critical production issues.

Provides legal counsel under the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel, independently leading projects, conducting legal research and factual investigations, analyzing statutes and case law, developing practical legal conclusions, advising organizational stakeholders, and supervising paralegals and junior attorneys. The role requires collaboration, confidentiality, strong communication, and proficiency with modern legal office tools.

Manages grant-funded addiction medicine and substance use disorder initiatives from inception through completion. Responsibilities include meeting grant deliverables, coordinating stakeholders and community partners, developing data collection and reporting processes, facilitating trainings, monitoring grant expenditures and budgets, identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and leading special projects. May supervise staff assigned to grants.

Performs assigned support service functions according to established performance and quality standards. The role requires completion of training and orientation, with no supervisory or budgetary responsibilities. A high school diploma or GED is required.
