Responsibilities include coordinating IT resources, ensuring reliable technology delivery, managing A/V equipment, phone systems, mobile devices, projectors, and tape backups, and educating staff on new and existing systems. The role also requires troubleshooting complex issues, assessing system needs, and supporting technology installations.
