LeadingAge Minnesota

LeadingAge Minnesota is a statewide nonprofit association that works to transform and enhance the experience of aging. It represents more than 1,600 organizations serving older adults across the care continuum, including independent housing, assisted living, nursing homes, adult day services, home care and hospice. Through advocacy, professional development, technical assistance and career services, it helps members provide dignified, meaningful, purpose-centered care.
