Provides administrative and marketing support to the Executive Director and Marketing Department. Builds relationships with families, healthcare providers, financial planners, attorneys, and community organizations while collaborating with corporate and local leadership to achieve sales and performance goals.

Lead sales strategy and execution for a senior living community, owning the full funnel from inquiries and tours through deposits and move-ins. Build referral relationships, manage CRM activity, respond rapidly to leads, organize conversion-focused events, and identify funnel gaps. The primary goal is achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy through data-driven sales leadership, exceptional follow-up, and strong family and resident relationships.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates pre-employment screenings, background checks, references, new-hire paperwork, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains confidential employee records, HRIS and timekeeping systems, I-9s, benefits records, certifications, licenses, and compliance documentation. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing organized, professional customer service.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, predictive modeling, resident financial underwriting, and contract economics. Builds financial models and actionable reporting for executive decisions involving revenue, cash flow, occupancy, and growth. Establishes governance and forecasting standards, leads process automation, and partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, IT, and business intelligence. Recruits and develops a high-performing finance and analytics team while improving analytical capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
