Support DOJO’s business development and sales growth by prospecting leads, acquiring workspace members, securing contracts, developing sales strategies, maintaining CRM records, and researching market trends, clients, projects, and competitors. The intern will communicate with prospects, understand their needs, propose suitable solutions, and contribute ideas to achieve growth and retention objectives.

Drive sales growth by acquiring new workspace members, securing contracts, and managing the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing referral relationships with real estate agents, maintaining member accounts, supporting renewals and expansion, creating sales strategies, updating CRM records, and gathering market intelligence. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Leads daily accounting and finance operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, cash-flow monitoring, bank reconciliation, month-end close, audits, tax filings, and financial reporting. Supports administrative HR, company secretarial, statutory, licensing, and office matters. Coordinates with auditors, tax agents, statutory bodies, bankers, and management while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely compliance.

Lead DOJO’s marketing function by developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing brand and promotional campaigns, generating leads, managing digital channels and partnerships, directing creative work, controlling the marketing budget, and reporting performance to management. The role requires strong copywriting, communication, creativity, entrepreneurial ownership, and hands-on experience across email, advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and growth marketing.
