Supports regional nurseries with parent outreach, booking changes, new nursery places, extra sessions, financial queries, invoice processing, debt management, funding tasks, payment plans, reports, and administrative duties. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, decision-making, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to nurseries across the Southampton region is expected. This is a fixed-term nine-month position subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Manages safeguarding notifications, regulatory submissions, records, audit trails, and compliance activities. Coordinates safeguarding cases, meetings, advice-line activity, deadlines, and follow-up actions while supporting operational teams. Tracks risks, trends, and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting. The role requires experience in regulated environments, compliance or safeguarding, auditing, strong organisation, and attention to detail. A relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable, and an enhanced DBS check is required.

Designs, implements, and supports secure, scalable Azure and multi-cloud network solutions. Responsibilities include managing network security, performance, reliability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization; automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible; collaborating with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams; and providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
