Manage domestic order processing and logistics through selected partners. Ensure accurate packing, labeling, weighing, dispatch tracking, and excellent on-time, in-full delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to coordinate timely deliveries. Process customer returns accurately within required turnaround times and maintain and circulate dispatch MIS reports.

Responsibilities include defining product-market fit, developing scopes of work and user stories, ensuring content quality and pedagogical soundness, editing and reviewing materials, coordinating authors and production teams, managing timelines and budgets, preparing design and typesetting briefs, delivering product training, and gathering customer feedback and market insights.

Oversee product development, positioning, demonstrations, training, customer support, usage tracking, retention, and engagement. Gather customer feedback for product improvements, monitor service delivery, onboard freelance trainers, and collaborate with sales teams using data-driven insights to increase product adoption, profitability, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
