Job Purpose
As an Officer, Operation, the role will be responsible for managing Order processing & logistics activities through selected logistic partners.
Principal Accountabilities
- Operational accountability for all order processing.
- Accountability for delivery of excellent OTIF levels to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for timely delivery of orders
- Providing complete details of order packing, labelling & weighing of the order packed.
- Maintaining and circulating the MIS of order dispatched.
- Able to process the return received from client with accuracy & TAT.
Knowledge & Experience
- 2-3 Years of experience in supply chain for Domestic Orders
- Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excel to Intermediate / Advanced level.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written to include report writing
- A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
- Solution orientated, decisive by nature and respond well to feedback.
Skills Required
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain for domestic orders
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
- Collaborative team-player approach
- Solution-oriented and decisive nature
- Ability to respond well to feedback
