Responsibilities include customer and market research, product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, pricing, business cases, product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, partners, and executives. The role also supports customer issue resolution and requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Leads quality assurance for manufacturing cells and value streams, including audits, KPI reporting, quality planning, product releases, supplier quality, and corrective actions.
